The first thing when you come on this page is the large number of spells that they offer. I personally ordered almost $600 worth of their spells, however none of them have actually worked for me. I purchased a Wanga doll and also the Celtic Love knots. The Wanga doll doesn't seem to be working as well, I've not received my Celtic Love knots yet though.
Regarding their 1 year guarantee, I've not request for a refund because it's not been a year yet but I come across other customers comments saying that they really stand by their guarantee and WILL refund your money. The spells are rather cheap on their site but whenever I purchased one I'll always be needed to pay shipping fee (there's clearly nothing to be shipped), each time around US$5.
Their customer service though is really good, emails will be definitely be replied within 24 hrs (emails over the weekends is replied on Monday) and the Wanga doll arrived in 2 weeks despite staying so far away from the US.
I would give a 8/10 for this site and will encourage you guys to give it a shot to see if their spells work for you.
